I was born and raised in Long Island, NY, where I started playing lacrosse when I was in 5th grade. I continued on all through high school and eventually ended up playing for the State University of New York (Herkimer), where in 1993 we won the NJCAA Championship.

In 1994, I joined the Navy and while stationed in Maryland volunteered as an Assistant Coach for a private high school, St Mary’s Ryken. While in Maryland, I also played league ball, both field and box. I have been active duty Navy for 18 years and marriage for 16 year.

Graduated from America University with a BS in Criminal Justice.

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA.

I started playing lacrosse at the end of middle school in a box lacrosse league and went on to play all four years as middie on the Mount Carmel lacrosse team. I played two years on the JV team and two years on the Varsity team, with Coach John as the assistant coach my senior year.

After high school I played in a few pick up leagues until now, where I am currently on the Cal State San Marcos lacrosse team.

I was the assistant JV coach last year at Mount Carmel, making this my third year coaching.

I am in my forth year at Cal State San Marcos on the way to obtaining a BS in Kinesiology.  After this, I plan on continuing onto graduate school in a related health science degree.

Graduated from Western Washington University with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training

Graduated from San Diego State University with graduate degree in Biomechanics

Athletic Trainer at Patrick Henry High School for three years and at Mount Carmel for five years.

She has also taught Health teacher at Mount Carmel for the last two years.
